The "L-Shaped Building"
The building that now holds poolside guest rooms also holds a great deal
of historical significance. This L-shaped dependency once contained a
kitchen, stables, a carriage house, an infirmary, an ironing room, and a
school room for children in the Kingston area.
Much of the
interior was refurbished to accommodate guest rooms, but the School Room
retains evidence of a former time. The original heavy beams show, and
the fireplace where children gathered in cold weather still exists.
The School Room is now a 2-room suite, with 2 Day Beds in the first room and
a King Bed in the next. Amenities include 2 TV's
and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
The Red Room also contains a King Bed, along with a single Day Bed. The bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub and shower.
There are two other rooms in the pool-side house, both featuring Queen Beds.
The pool itself is open to guests during most of the year (closed during winter months, of course), and we do ask that adult supervision and safety precautions take priority where children are concerned. We do not provide a lifeguard.

- Queen Bed - $150/night
- The Red Room: King Bed with Day Bed and Jacuzzi - $175
- The School House: Suite of Rooms with King Bed and 2 Day Beds plus Jacuzzi - $250
All rates are double-occupancy, plus tax. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A non-refundable 50% deposit required to reserve a room. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from date of reservation will be charged full price for one night.
